GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Our program director is a nationally certified ACE group fitness instructor and personal trainer who customizes each class to meet the needs of each individual member.
It's like personal training with a few of your best workout buddies along! We offer group training classes 6 days a week from 6am - 7pm.
Our classes range in intensity level from hardcore boot camp to a more relaxing, restorative yoga. All classes incorporate the core elements of fitness: cardio, strength, flexibility and core.
