WHAT IS GROUP FITNESS TRAINING?
Specialized group fitness sessions provided by a personal trainer for a small group of individuals with a specific goal or need. It's personal training with a few of you best buddies along!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
1) Gather 5-10 of your favorite people - friends, family, coworkers, or other...
2) Pick the perfect time & place. Morning, noon, or night, weekdays or weekends - pick the best time for your group to workout together. You also need a room big enough to fit everyone in or an outdoor location, all equipment will be provided. A home, school, church, or park would work perfectly.
3) Decide what kind of training program you want: a weight loss program, endurance training, bootcamp, core training, pilates, yoga, high intensity interval training, mom & baby, the possibilites are endless...
4) Call Michelle Montague, nationally certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, at 573-486-1600 or email her at info@healthyhermann.com to design your program.
5) Start working towards you goals!

$50.00 per hour
For a group of 10 that's only $5.00 per session!
